Register nowThe UK's carbon pricing scheme helped drive a rise and fall in inflation in recent years, a senior figure at the Bank of England said, as it warned that climate risks have yet to be fully priced-in to markets.
EU advisers have revealed plans to cut datapoints in the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive by about 66%, in a move it said involved a "drastic decision" to cull all 277 datapoints organisations are currently given the option to report.
Further consolidation is needed in the voluntary carbon markets, according to Climate Impact Partners, as it urged governments to better incentivise action.
