Le premier concerne la clarification de la port\u00e9e des nouvelles dispositions de la Loi sur la concurrence. Cette clarification est bienvenue et positive, car elle confirme que les informations ax\u00e9es sur les actionnaires ne sont pas soumises \u00e0 ces dispositions, \u00e0 moins qu&rsquo;elles ne soient utilis\u00e9es comme mat\u00e9riel promotionnel, ce qui apporte une clart\u00e9 indispensable aux entreprises.
