Le financement mixte est la pratique d’utiliser des subventions de d\u00e9veloppement international pour encourager les investissements ipriv\u00e9s internationaux et nationaux dans des projets pour combler le d\u00e9ficit de financement n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre les Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable des Nations Unies (ODD) dans les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergeants et pays en d\u00e9veloppement. Cet \u00e9cart de financement \u00e9tait estim\u00e9 \u00e0 au moins 2,5 billion de dollars en 2014 d’ici 2030, mais il a augment\u00e9 en raison de la pand\u00e9mie COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce rapport du Toronto Centre fournit un aper\u00e7u des d\u00e9bats sur la finance mixte, les facteurs \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer et les questions d’int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les superviseurs des march\u00e9s \u00e9mergeants et pays en d\u00e9veloppement. Il examine les limites de la croissance du financement mixte dans ces pays, y compris des possibles barri\u00e8res r\u00e9glementaires.
