Cette \u00e9volution a consid\u00e9rablement chang\u00e9 la pertinance du changement climatique pour la gouvernance des entreprises. Un corollaire essentiel de cette \u00e9volution est qu&rsquo;il y a des implications pour les devoirs fiduciaires des administrateurs et dirigeants de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport fournit un aper\u00e7u des preuves contemporaines que le changement climatique et la transition vers une \u00e9conomie \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette pr\u00e9sente des risques financiers pr\u00e9visibles, mat\u00e9riels et syst\u00e9miques qui affecteront les entreprises. Il consid\u00e8re cette preuve dans le context des devoirs fiduciaires des administrateurs et dirigeants de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sous la loi du Delaware, particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de la jurisprudence r\u00e9cente sur le devoir de surveillance.
