Fond\u00e9 en 2008, AlphaFixe Capital Inc. est un gestionnaire d\u2019investissement de premier plan sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les titres \u00e0 revenu fixe servant principalement des clients institutionnels. En tant que gestionnaire de portefeuille, Simon aide \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le premier fonds d\u2019obligations vertes d\u00e9di\u00e9 au Canada qui permet \u00e0 AlphaFixe d\u2019\u00e9tendre son influence en investissement responsable. Simon supervise l\u2019analyse ESG de plusieurs \u00e9metteurs et d\u00e9veloppe les outils de gestion n\u00e9cessaire pour mesurer leur empreinte carbone et pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques climatiques. Simon est aussi impliqu\u00e9 dans la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019investissement de la firme et au service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de rejoindre AlphaFixe Capital, Simon a travaill\u00e9 comme gestionnaire d&rsquo;investissement et de tr\u00e9sor \u00e0 la Commission de la construction du Qu\u00e9bec o\u00f9 il a supervis\u00e9 plusieurs mandats externes. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement membre du comit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement durable. Simon a aussi travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la tr\u00e9sorerie du Groupe Desjardins comme analyste de cr\u00e9dit.<br>\u200b<br>Simon d\u00e9tient une ma\u00eetrise en finance de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Sherbrooke et un baccalaur\u00e9at en \u00e9conomie de l\u2019UQ\u00c0M.
