Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e d\u2019une ma\u00eetrise en Relations internationales et droit europ\u00e9en de l\u2019Institut d\u2019\u00e9tudes politiques de Rennes, et d\u2019une Ma\u00eetrise en sciences de l\u2019administration \u00e0 HEC Montr\u00e9al.
