Michel Brutti

30 years of experience in the investment industry managing global portfolios of up to $10bn in public stocks and fixed income. Up until recently, Michel Brutti was a Senior Partner and Portfolio Manager at Jarislowsky Fraser, where he served as a member of the firm’s Investment Strategy Committee and the Sustainable Investment Committee.

Committed to being an expert in his domain, Michel holds a CFA Charter, a certificate from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and is a SASB FSA Credential-holder. His alma maters include an MBA from the University of Toronto and a Computer Engineering degree from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne. He is a board member of the Fonds d’Action Québecois pour le Développement Durable (FAQDD). Other active engagements include: Member of the Investment Committees of the Ottawa-based Green Municipal Fund and the Greater Montreal Climate Fund; the Investment Review Committee of the Inuit Makivik Corporation and the Investment Committee of Ecofuel, a clean tech accelerator fund. Furthermore, Michel is a member of the Canada Forum for Impact Investment and Development (CAFIID) and the Quebec SASB group.
