Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in capital markets, Marie-Josée (MJ) combines her knowledge of capital markets, investor relations, and financial and sustainability reporting to help her clients keep up with the rapidly changing space and produce fit-for-purpose disclosures.
Prior to launching her coaching and advisory services, MJ was Chief ESG Innovation Officer at Novisto, a leading ESG data management software company. MJ is a BDC Consultant in ESG disclosures, a Strategic Advisor on ESG for members of the QG100 Network, and a member of Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins’s development capital investment committee. She is also a board member of the Common Approach to Impact Measurement.
A CFA charter holder, MJ also holds the IFRS Foundation’s Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential, the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, the Certificate in Impact Investing from CFA UK, and the Responsible Investment Professional Certification (RIPC) designation from the Canadian Responsible Investment Association. Marie-Josée holds a B.Com. in finance from McGill University and a certificate in Applied Communications from Université de Montréal.
