Robert Walker

Robert (“Bob”) Walker is a Sustainability Consultant at the International Corporate Governance Network, a London-based association of global investment institutions, public companies, academics and consultants working to advance best corporate governance and investor stewardship practices worldwide.

Bob has 30 years of experience in the sustainable and responsible investing field and helped lead the development of the industry in Canada and globally. For almost 20 years Bob served as Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Services at NEI Investments, a leading asset manager headquartered in Toronto.

Bob now heads up LVC Strategies, a consulting service focused on impact investing, corporate governance and building strategies for advancing progress in sustainable investing at the leading edge. He is a Strategic Consultant for Millani Associates, an ESG advisory firm, serving investment institutions and listed companies. Bob also chairs the Nominations and Governance Committee of the International Institute for Sustainable Development, a top 10 global environmental think-tank. He has recently joined the board of a Finnish technology company advancing citizen science in support of the environment and human health.
