Emmanuelle Létourneau

President & Founder, Létourneau Gouvernance

Emmanuelle Létourneau is a business lawyer, member of the Montréal and Paris Bars, and president of Létourneau gouvernance entreprenante inc., a consulting company that she founded in 2016. She’s particularly interested in governance in a funding context.

Emmanuelle sits on several boards and committees. She’s a board member of Téléfilm Canada, member of the ethics committee of the Ordre des infirmières et des infirmiers du Québec, and member of the executive committee of the Institut des administrateurs de sociétés – Québec. She’s a governance mentor for a green start-up accelerator and for Femmessor.

Emmanuelle is the author of many papers including the book “Gouvernance d’entreprise: perspectives juridiques et pratiques”. Prior to launching her consulting firm, she practiced at Bombardier Transport, at the Autorité des marchés financiers, the National Bank of Canada, and at Desjardins Capital.

Emmanuelle holds a bachelor of law from the Université Laval, master of law from the Université de Montréal and a certificate in corporate governance from the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés and the Université Laval. She also studied international law and European law at the Université Paris II.
