Meghan Harris-Ngae

Meghan Harris-Ngae is a Partner, National ESG Strategy & Advisory Leader at PwC Canada. Most recently, she was a Partner at EY, leading the Climate Change and Sustainability practice for Western Canada. She has over 20 years of combined international and local experience in climate change, EHS, ESG and international government relations. Meghan provides ESG, geo-political issue advisory, risk and assurance services to multinational clients around the world in the public, mining, energy, utilities and consumer products sectors.

Meghan has a BA from the University of Calgary in International Relations and has pursued a career that she is passionate about. She has worked in multiple capacities with multinational organizations globally to develop strategies for building long-term value for stakeholders and society. She spends her time working with Boards, Executive Leadership teams and operational leadership teams to strategically address climate change risk, and other environmental and social matters that have a significant impact on the long-term performance of organizations. Meghan regularly contributes and authors thought leadership focused on the impact of climate change, ESG, the energy transition among other topics.
