Rosalie Vendette

Rosalie is an expert in sustainable finance with 20 years of experience. For 10 years, she was the responsible investment spokesperson at Mouvement Desjardins, coordinating the implementation of orientations for the integration of ESG factors, including the first review of the fund’s carbon footprint in 2014-2015. Previously, she carried out various mandates with the Groupe investissement responsable (GIR) and she collaborated with the PRI signatories network in Québec.

In 2019, Rosalie launched her consulting firm called DécodESG to help as many organizations as possible discuss ESG more easily. With her support, her clients are progressing on their ESG integration towards a judicious transition. Since November 2021, Rosalie is a Director at Quinn & Partners, a sustainability consulting firm.

In parallel, Rosalie is engaged with many stakeholders such as Finance Montréal’s sustainable finance worksite or the adoption of a new ISO standard on sustainable finance. She also speaks on numerous occasions and takes pleasure in sharing her knowledge with university students where she teaches the basics of sustainable finance and responsible investment.

In addition to the Bachelor of Business Administration and the Master of Applied Ethics, Rosalie holds the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Level 1 and 2 accreditation, granted by the Sustainable Accounting Standard Board (SASB). She also holds the Certification professionelle en placements durables (CPPD) from Concordia University.
