Rosalie is a Director at Quinn+Partners where she leads the Asset Owners Practice and the Montreal office.

An expert in responsible investment and sustainable finance with more than 20 years of experience, she advises market leaders in institutional investment management, pension plans, banks and insurers on pathways to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in governance, risk management and value creation.

As a trusted advisor to Canadian pensions and asset owners, she supports them to complete ESG maturity assessments, build ESG action plan and tools, design policies and stewardships and disclosure. She also advises various lenders and insurers to build result-driven ESG and impact strategies. She also supports non-for-profit organizations and consortium in their endeavour, such as the Canadian Impact Investing Working Group and their Scaling Impact Investing in Canada through Mobilizing Asset Owners initiative and the Canadian Coalition for Green Health Care and their Healthy Capital initiative.

Prior to Quinn+Partners, Rosalie was the Head of Responsible Investment at Desjardins Group for a decade and later co-founded her own ESG consulting practice. She was also a lecturer at McGill and Sherbrooke’s universities. She was involved in various industry initiatives, such as the local network of Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and their activities.

Rosalie drives conversations about sustainable finance by hosting industry gatherings and sharing her thought leadership at conference and in the media. She teaches students of the Executive MBA HEC-McGill.
